Embroidery is needle and thread stitching of names, logos and other designs. Images can be embroidered on shirts, caps, jackets, bags, towels and almost any other garment. Embroidery is generally priced by the size of the logo in stitches (or stitch count). That mean’s how many stitches it takes to reproduce your logo. Logos requiring more stitches take longer to sew, so the cost increases with the number of stitches. The cost also DECREASES as you order more garments. The number of colors in the design does NOT affect the price of embroidery as long as it is not an excessive amount.

Tampa Promotions Custom Embroidery Process
Embroidery is the process of stitching on a name, logo or any type of design onto a garment, cap, or bag. This process of decorating is usually used for polo shirts, dress shirts, caps, hat bands, and bags of all types. “Before we can embroider your logo on the items you selected, your logo must first be “digitized”. This is the process of creating a file that tells the embroidery machine exactly where the needle needs to go, how far ( creating a stitch ) and how many times( stitch count ). This is a service we provide in order to duplicate your logo/ embroidery. There is a one-time fee for this service. There is also a separate fee if you would like to purchase your digitized logo. Once we have your digitized logo on file we will save it for future orders.
While SCREENPRINTING is priced by the color of the shirt and the number of colors and locations, embroidery is based on the size of the logo based on stitch count (the number of times the needle goes up and down ) and the number of locations being embroidered.
Once we have your logo digitized we will provide you with a picture of the sew out for your approval.

We provide screen printing and embroidery for our apparel or apparel you supply. When purchasing items through our website there is a minimum order of 36 pieces, or if you want to supply your own apparel we require a minimum of 144 pieces for screen printing. For embroidery, there is a minimum order of 12 pieces if purchased through our catalog or 24 pieces if you supply the apparel. Our goal is to complete your order as quickly and as accurately as possible.
