SCREEN PRINTING FAQ’s
WHAT WE WILL NEED TO KNOW PRIOR TO SCREEN-PRINTING YOUR APPAREL?

We have a full creative art department to assist you with your t-shirt design. Our normal production time is 7 to 10 working days; however we will certainly work to accommodate your in-hand date (rush fees may apply). If you have any additional questions, or to place your order immediately, call (813) 879-3298.

WHAT ARE THE MINIMUMS?

24 PIECES FOR Screen printing ONE ink color designs.
36 PIECES For Screen Printing Two and THREE color Designs
48 PIECES For Screen Printing up to 4 Color Designs
100 PIECES Screen Printing 5+ Color Designs

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO GET SCREEN-PRINTING?

Once your order is confirmed we get to work on the pre press procedures.
New orders: You will normally get your PROOF in 1-2 working days.
Most Projects are completed in 4-8 working days after your PROOF is Approved.

Exact reprint repeat orders don’t have to go through the proofing process so they can be completed faster: 5-8 working days from order date.

HOW MUCH DOES IT COST?

Screen-printing is priced by the quantity of products, the number of colors in the design and the number of locations of the imprints.

We accept art work in the below files:
High-Res Jpeg files with a min of 300DPI .TIF, .PNG Vector Files: AI, editable EPS Editable PDF
Or send us what you have and we will edit it (possible art charge with client approval)

CAN I MIX SHIRT COLORS AND STYLES?

Yes, as long as the print or thread color on each item is exactly that same.

WHAT IF I NEED A FEW MORE AFTER I PLACE MY INITIAL ORDER?

Each order must adhere to the minimums each time: Screen printing 36 pieces and embroidery 12 pieces.

CAN YOU PUT NAMES AND NUMBERS ON A SHIRT?

Yes, names are $6.00 EACH and numbers are $3.00 EACH.

DO YOU HAVE PRINTED SHIRTS WE CAN BUY?

No, we do not sell pre-printed shirts or blank shirts.

DO YOU DO DIGITAL PRINTING?

We do not offer digital printing.

CAN YOU PRINT ONE SHIRT?

No, our minimum is 36 pieces for screen printing.

CAN YOU PRINT FREE T SHIRTS FOR MY CHARITABLE ORGANIZATION, OR REDUCE THE COST TO ADD YOUR LOGO?

Call us to discuss. We often give charitable organizations a discount.

DO YOU SHIP FREE OR CAN YOU DELIVER MY SHIRTS?

We ship UPS and Fed Ex for a nominal charge, or you can pick up your shirts at our warehouse.

WHAT CAN I DO IF I DO NOT HAVE THE ART IN THE FORMAT YOU NEED?

We can change your art to the need format or create art for you. Art is $60/hour and we will always communicate with you if art time is needed.

DO YOU SELL BLANK T SHIRTS OR POLOS?

No, we don’t sell blanks.

CAN I BRING IN MY OWN SHIRTS?

Yes, but we have a minimum of 144 pieces for Screen Printing on your t-shirts and a minimum of 24 pieces for embroidery.

WHAT SCREEN CHARGES OR SET UP FEES AND HOW MUCH ARE THEY?

This is a flat rate set up charge for your initial order with each design. The fee is $20 each screen (color/location) and $35 each screen for 4-color process. This fee is waived when the design is re-ordered.

Our usual turnaround time is 7-10 working days but rush service is available for an additional fee.

HOW MUCH DOES IT COST?

Embroidery is priced by the number of stitches in the design (size) and number of colors does not affect price.

Tampa Promotions has a team of knowledgeable, experienced staff members who can offer advice related to all of your custom clothing and accessory needs.

We also offer simple, easy and stress-free online ordering for all of our products. Simply select the products you like best, send us the design, and we’ll have your order completed within 5 to 10 business days.

While most of our clients purchase their apparel through us, we are happy to lend our print and embroidery services if you’d like to provide your own apparel.

When purchasing items through our website there is a minimum order of 48 pieces, or if you want to supply the items we require a minimum of 144 pieces for screen printing. For embroidery, there is a minimum order of 24 pieces if purchased through our catalog or 48 pieces if you supply the apparel.
