About Promotional Products

Promotional products are items branded with a slogan or logo, and are typically used to promote individual products, brands, or a corporate identity as a whole. The merchandise acts as an alternative to a business card – who wouldn’t rather receive a branded pen or coffee mug over a business card that will likely be thrown away?

Art needs to be in a high resolution format, preferably 300 dpi (or higher), or in an editable EPS (Encapsulated Post Script) format. If you cannot get your art in this format, we can convert it for you for a small fee. Send us a jpeg, png , psd. Adobe Illustrator CC file and/or Photoshop CC, or we can work from a previous design on a garment as a last resort!

Next, we’ll work with you to decide on a product. From pens, coolies, and coffee mugs to golf club bags and umbrellas, we’ve got you covered with thousands of products to choose from!

Once you’ve decided what product you’d like to utilize for your campaign, we’ll create a virtual proof for you, in PDF or JPEG format, using the color(s) and product you have chosen.

After the proof is approved, we produce your product! Within 2 – 3 weeks, your branded merchandise will be shipped directly to your door. Alternatively, we can hold the product at our location for you to pick up in an effort to save you on shipping costs.

We have a full creative art department to assist you with your product design. Production time for promotional merchandise can vary, from as little as 5 business days to as many as 15. Should you need your products rushed, however, we will certainly work to accommodate your in-hands date (rush fees may apply). What Are The Minimums?

The minimums for promotional products vary. In general, a low cost/high volume item (such as pens) will have minimums of several dozen, while a high cost item (such as a golf club bag or a large, full color banner) can often be ordered on an individual basis.

How Long Does It Take To Get My Products?

Once your order and proof is confirmed, we work to complete your order as quickly as possible. Due to the nature of promotional products, your order may be completed in as little as 5 business days or as many as 15. That being said, we do appreciate the need to have an order completed in a time for an event, and will work to meet your in-hands date whenever possible.

Exact repeat orders don’t have to go through the proofing process, and can typically be completed faster.

How Much Does It Cost?

Promotional Products are priced by the style and quantity of products, the number of colors in the design and the number of locations of the imprints.

Artwork Format?

We accept art work in the below files:

  • High-Res Jpeg files with a min of 300DPI
  • .TIF, .PNG
  • Vector Files: AI, editable EPS
  • Editable PDF

Or send us what you have and we will edit it (there may be an art charge, but we’ll always notify you and get your approval first).

What If I Need A Few More After I Place My Initial Order?

Each order must adhere to the minimums for each order.

Can You Print One Product?

Sometimes, yes! Depending on the product you’re seeking, we may be able to offer a minimum order quantity of 1. These are typically limited to larger, higher cost items.

Do You Ship Free Or Can You Deliver My Products?

We ship UPS and Fed Ex for a nominal charge, or you can pick up your shirts at our warehouse at no cost.

What Can I Do If I Do Not Have The Art In The Format You Need?

We can change your art to the need format or create art for you. Art is $60/hour and we will always communicate with you if art time is needed.

Can I Bring In My Own Products?

Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate supplied products.

What Set Up Fees Apply And How Much Are They?

Set Up fees vary from product to product. We will make you aware of exactly how much your order would cost well before we collect any payment information.
